In 2018 Rebecca returned to her homeland Liverpool England, after embarking upon a seven year spiritual journey, exploring six continents of earth. Rebecca was a changed woman, holding a vision of creating change within the community, supporting mental health and wellbeing, by providing ancient natural practices, of sound meditation, yoga and energy healing as alternatives to medication.

In 2018 Rebecca founded her business

‘Change Vibration Movement’ and began her mission, raising awareness of the sonic movement, sharing ancient healing techniques and practices to inspire change, support and empower

people to heal themselves naturally.

Rebecca was honoured to be invited to hold a talk about her life and share her sound meditation with the Women's Institute. Shortly after Rebecca gained her first contracts with The Carers Trust and Halton lodge halfway house, she began providing sessions of sound meditation, Reiki and Yoga for the unpaid carers and homeless. Also holding private ceremonies in multiple venues around the city. Going on to connect with the Comedy trust who booked her to perform at the Royal court. Sharing sessions at the Spiritualist church and the Hindu Temple.

During lockdown Rebecca produced her own radio show ‘Good Vibrations’, aired on Liverpool community radio station, sharing positive interviews, uplifting music and sound meditation, to raise awareness of the power of sound meditation, to assist mental health.

The creation of this show, was inspired by the death of her good friend Joseph, who took his life Jan 2020. Rebecca contributed her time voluntarily during the pandemic, supporting the impact upon those with mental health. Raising awareness of sound meditation to reconnect to self and source

to support wellbeing.

Since returning home, Rebecca has been dedicated to supporting change within her community. Creating visual guided elemental soundscape sound healing meditation journeys. Rebecca has been passionate about sound and its power, beginning her journey through sound over 18years ago, when she began studying vinyl Dj'ing, going on to study music production at LIPA Liverpool's Institute for performing arts created by Paul McCartney. Continuing her studies in sound, studying audio engineering at SAE Institute. Combining all of these trainings with instruments discovered along her travels, fusioning live sound and prerecorded soundscapes, including a range of powerful frequencies to induce meditative states, realigning the hemispheres of the brain, activating the chakras, harmonising the being with healing sonic vibrations. Combined with powerful heart activating and unity connection practices. 

Rebecca lived with the native peoples of many lands, learning their ancient ways of healing through Ayurveda and various plant medicines. Going on to qualify as a Yoga teacher in the Himalayan foothills of Rishikesh the home of Yoga. Accessing the universal light healing energy Reiki, after being attuned in 2013, after years of self practice becoming a Reiki Master practitioner, in Auroville India 2018.  Studying Integral sound healing at Svaram sound centre in India, a course exploring multiple sound healing modalities. Continuing her journey traveling the world sharing Sonic healing. Rebecca worked closely with a doctor in ICA Peru, at a private clinic, to provide alternative healing practices, when meditation was not helping people with spiritual energetic issues.

Rebeccas travel was inspired due to an awakening breakthrough moment, when

living in the London rat race. Rebecca dreamed her new life into existence, through intention and manifestation. Leaving everything behind in England early 2010, flying to Australia, embarking upon a spiritual journey, that lasted for over seven years.

Rebecca's life blossomed from her spiritual travel experiences and teachings, a vast improvement from her former life, in the London rat race days. Rebecca's journey changed her deeply, her mission is to share and inspire others so they may also change, feel vibrant, abundant, alive and happy.

In May 2022 Rebecca opened the Sonic Sanctuary, spiritual wellness temple in Waterloo Liverpool. Serving the community providing access to powerful wellness techniques, such as sound induced meditation journeys, training in Reiki & sound healing, Yoga, Dance and wellness sessions

for children.
